All Rentals Included - Barbecues, buffet tables & table cloths, dinner & dessert plates and required cutlery. Price per person based on 100 guests, and does not include applicable taxes. At Noon the salads will be served via buffet with the hot items to be served from chafers on the Buffet Table. The duration of serving the main course may vary from fifteen to thirty minutes. A station will be set for the duration of the serving period. We will do our very best to keep the premises clean and clear of any items which may be in an inappropriate place and attending to any incidents which may occur requiring immediate attention. Upon our departure we will ensure all is clear and clean at the location, as to your satisfaction and approval. The duration of our stay will not exceed past two hours from the time that the Buffet is to commence.
